Ankita Gadre

Mental Health Counseling Intern

Ankita is under the clinical supervision of Kelly Benjamin, LMHC and Timothy Crumley, LMHC, private practice

Ankita is a dedicated professional currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Syracuse University. With a rich academic background that includes a bachelor's degree in psychology, theatre, and English literature, Ankita brings a diverse perspective to her practice. Ankita's journey is marked by transformative experiences. She underwent specialized training as an intern under a distinguished mentor known for seamlessly integrating spirituality, physics, and psychology into the realm of healing. Ankita's commitment to the field of mental health extends to her role in conducting art therapy sessions at NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences), where she worked with elderly individuals navigating schizophrenia and dementia.

She's a firm believer that we often see only a part of people, the world, and ourselves. This makes embracing kindness and patience, both for yourself and others, incredibly valuable. Hailing from a region where mental health awareness is a growing need, Ankita is driven to stand by those seeking help, playing a small role in their healing journey.

In her perspective, life is a collection of chapters, not the entire story. So remember, as change takes root within you, the world around you transforms too!
