CommonSense Wellness Network

Client Centered. Provider Led. Community Oriented.

An independent practitioner association specializing in mental health services.

Establishing yourself, and your identity, is a lifelong process. You are not alone when you face questions including:

Who am I? What is my purpose? Who do I want in my life? What do I stand for? Why am I here?

When we consider these questions, along with countless others branching from these, you might find yourself overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or frustrated. Attempting to navigate this process, you may face societal expectations, dysfunctional family dynamics, economic challenges or other stressors operating against you. While the desire to be stable, authentic, and true to self is shared, your story will always be unique.

Disconnection from our true selves may lead to issues communicating with loved ones, career dissatisfaction, decreased sense of self-worth, substance use, or playing a role in this world you never asked for. As mental health providers, our job is to walk beside you as you journey toward living authentically.

We want to hear your story as you experience it, and support you in taking on aspects of your life that are not working for you. Providing a safe, confidential space to explore beliefs and barriers while aligning with your strengths is our expertise. Ultimately, you are the expert in your life story, and it is our job to support you in reworking your script.
